Kidney stones

Kidney stones can form in one or both kidneys and are most commonly seen in individuals aged between 30 and 60. They are relatively frequent, impacting over 10% of the population. These stones are typically located in the kidneys or the ureter, which is the tube linking the kidneys to the bladder. They can cause significant pain and, if not treated, may lead to kidney infections or impair kidney function.
