Mr Neil Bhardwaj is a highly skilled and dedicated consultant general, hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgeon based in Leicester, practising at Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital. He specialises in gastrointestinal and hepatopancreatobiliary surgery, with particular expertise in laparoscopic gallbladder removal, hernia repair, and complex liver and pancreatic procedures. Mr Bhardwaj combines advanced surgical techniques with a patient-centred approach to deliver safe and effective care. Mr Bhardwaj graduated from the University of Leicester Medical School in 2001 and has since built an extensive surgical career, undertaking advanced fellowships in Adelaide and Oxford. Over the course of his career, he has performed more than 1,000 laparoscopic gallbladder operations and over 400 hernia repairs, demonstrating a high level of expertise in minimally invasive and complex abdominal surgery. He also has specialist interests in adrenal and spleen surgery, as well as the management of acute and chronic pancreatic conditions.
