Hearing loss is quite prevalent, especially as we age. If you're experiencing issues with your hearing, it’s a good idea to consult your GP, as it may be due to a condition that can be easily addressed. It can often be difficult to recognise if your hearing is deteriorating, and sometimes others may notice changes before you do. In children, hearing loss can impact their speech development and educational progress.
