Dr Vikas Kunnure is a qualified hair transplant surgeon based in London, Manchester, and Nottingham. He is renowned for his specialist expertise in hair loss, female and male pattern baldness, hair restoration techniques, and hair transplant procedures such as FUE (follicular unit extraction) and FUT (follicular unit transplantation). Dr Kunnure, who consults privately at his clinics in Manchester, London and Nottingham, trained in hair transplantation in the USA, UK, EU and India. He holds an MBBS from the University of Mumbai and is a respected member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, as well as the British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery and the British College of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr Kunnure has performed over 2000 successful hair transplants in the UK, using new aids to the instruments in the hair restoration process to improve outcomes. He has worked on celebrities with excellent outcomes. He has a kind and patient-centred approach to haircare and personally understands patient concerns about hair loss, having undergone a hair transplant procedure himself.
