Dr Gerald Brookes is an Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) specialist at The Harley Street ENT Clinic. He specialises in vertigo, ear infections, tinnitus, sinusitis, hearing loss and blocked nose. He earned his medical degree from the University of Sheffield and underwent specialised training at Bristol Royal Infirmary, King’s College Hospital in London, The London Hospital, and the University of Michigan, USA. Dr Brookes has made notable contributions to the field, particularly in otology, neuro-otology, skull base surgery, and neurologically related ENT disorders. With a substantial publication record, he has shared insights on conditions like Meniere’s disease, acoustic neuroma, and various skull base issues. A fellow of esteemed organisations such as the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the American Neurotological Society, Dr Brookes is also associated with several professional societies, including the British Association of Otolaryngologists-Head & Neck Surgeons and the British Society of Otology.
