About Mr Daniele Borsetto

Mr Daniele Borsetto is a leading consultant ENT surgeon based in Cambridge. His areas of expertise include otosclerosis, hearing loss, dizziness and vertigo, Eustachian tube dysfunction, as well as tinnitus, sinusitis, ear infections, and glue ear. Mr Borsetto has performed more than 1,000 operations. Mr Borsetto consults privately at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital and Spire Cambridge Lead Hospital. With over 14 years’ experience, he also practises for Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Mr Borsetto qualified from the University of Padova in 2011, followed by an MPhil from the University of Cambridge in 2021. He trained in Italy, before completing four prestigious fellowships: in complex otology and hearing implants at Addenbrooke’s Hospital; in otology and lateral skull base surgery at Guy’s and St Thomas’; in anterior and lateral skull base surgery also at Addenbrooke’s Hospital; and in head and neck cancer at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. In addition to his clinical practice, Mr Borsetto serves as the educational chair for the Confederation of European Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He is also an Affiliated Assistant Professor with the University of Cambridge and a committee member of the European Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. Mr Borsetto has published several papers within his field and remains continuously involved in research and evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes.
