Tension headaches

Tension headaches are quite prevalent, and many individuals experience them. You can manage these headaches at home using pain relief medication, but it's advisable to consult a GP if you suffer from multiple headaches each week or if they are particularly intense. Typical symptoms of tension headaches include the ability to carry on with your usual activities without exacerbating the pain. These headaches can last for a minimum of 30 minutes, but they can also persist for much longer, occasionally extending over several days.
