Knock knees

Knock knees occur when there is a space between your ankles while your knees touch when standing. This condition is quite common in children aged 3 to 6 and typically improves on its own as they grow, usually without leading to any issues. However, it can also affect older children and adults. Most individuals do not experience any additional symptoms. Nevertheless, if the knock knees are particularly pronounced or linked to another underlying condition, you may experience knee or leg pain, or find it difficult to walk.
