About Mr Siddharth Govilkar

Mr Siddharth P. Govilkar is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon based at Nuffield Health North Staffordshire Hospital. He specialises in the hip and knee, regularly performing procedures on the hips and the knee such as total replacements, partial replacements, and revision surgery. Mr Govilkar qualified from the University of London and completed his basic surgical training at St Bartholomew's Hospital and the Royal London Hospital. After becoming a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, he undertook higher specialist surgical training at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital in Oswestry. He completed a prestigious fellowship in arthroplasty and reconstructive surgery at the Wrightington Hospital. Mr Govilkar has been recognised as a Future Leader by the British Orthopaedic Association and leads the hip fracture service at the University Hospital North Midlands, overseeing a large multidisciplinary team. In addition to his clinical work, Mr Govilkar is an avid researcher and has authored many articles and publications.
