Food intolerance
A food intolerance occurs when your body struggles to digest specific foods or ingredients. While it’s generally not a serious condition, consuming foods you are intolerant to can lead to discomfort. Symptoms typically arise a few hours after eating the offending food or ingredient. However, there are various other symptoms that may occur, such as headaches, fatigue, nausea, constipation, joint pain, or skin rashes. These symptoms can persist for several hours or even days.
