Hay fever
Hay fever is a widespread allergy that leads to symptoms such as sneezing, coughing, and itchy eyes. While it cannot be cured, there are various measures you can take to alleviate your symptoms, including medications. Symptoms tend to be more pronounced from late March to September, particularly during warm, humid, and windy conditions, as this is when pollen levels peak. Unlike a cold, which typically clears up within one to two weeks, hay fever can persist for several weeks or even months. At present, there is no cure for hay fever, and it cannot be prevented. However, there are ways to manage your symptoms when pollen counts are elevated.
