Early or delayed puberty

Puberty marks the time when a child's body starts to grow and transform into that of an adult. In girls, signs of puberty include the development of breasts and the onset of menstruation, while boys may experience an increase in penis and testicle size, a deeper voice, and a more muscular build. Typically, girls begin puberty around the age of 11, whereas boys usually start around 12. However, it is completely normal for girls to enter puberty anytime between 8 and 13 years old, and for boys, between 9 and 14 years old.
