In 1996, he assumed the role of consultant at the University Hospital of Southampton. His notable achievements include being awarded a prestigious North American Travelling Fellowship by the European Society for Surgery of the Shoulder and Elbow in 1998. Mr Lambert demonstrates a passionate commitment to research in diverse orthopaedic fields, with a focus on elbow replacement and musculocutaneous nerve anatomy, boasting a substantial portfolio of over 100 publications in renowned medical journals.
