About Ms Raveen Kaur Sandher

Ms Raveen Kaur Sandher is a highly skilled consultant urological surgeon and andrologist based in London, practising at HCA UK at The Shard, HCA UK Canary Wharf, and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Private Healthcare. She specialises in andrology, male infertility, and microsurgical procedures, with particular expertise in erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, and foreskin-related problems, as well as performing adult circumcisions. Ms Sandher graduated from the University of Sheffield with a first-class BMedSci degree with honours alongside her medical degree, before completing an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship. Following the completion of her urological training in 2019, she undertook a competitive Andrology Fellowship at the internationally renowned Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals, refining her expertise in male infertility, microsurgery, and genito-urethral reconstruction. She has also led the introduction of innovative treatments such as Optilume at her NHS trust. Her research on spermatogonial stem cells and male infertility, funded by Cancer Research UK, the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and The Urology Foundation, has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at major national and international conferences. This work has been recognised with several awards, including best oral presentations at the BAUS Academic Section and the joint meeting with the Royal College of Surgeons and North of England Surgical Society. In addition to her clinical and research work, Ms Sandher serves as an educational supervisor for King’s College London medical students and postgraduate doctors.
