PLEASE NOTE - DR BERG SPECIALISES IN ADULT PSYCHISTRY (18+ YEARS OLD) Dr Rachel Berg is one of the UK’s most distinguished and well-regarded adult psychiatrists with over 20 years of experience. She combines a warm and empathic manner with extensive experience and renowned specialist knowledge in the following subjects: ADHD, anxiety, depression, psychosis (including schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder and drug-induced psychosis), PTSD, mood disorders and burnout. Dr Berg is a leading authority on the subject of ADHD and has a personal interest in the subject due to her own daughter’s diagnosis. She feels incredibly passionate about her current clinical work and prioritises a holistic approach when treating her patients, taking into account the patient’s individual background and their personal preferences in relation to achieving mental wellbeing. She is the co-owner of The Psychiatric care Clinic, practising both in person at Wimpole Street and via online consultation. Dr Berg successfully completed her undergraduate medical training at Leeds Medical School, graduating in 2001. During this time, she also completed a BSc in Genetics in relation to medicine and later an MSc in Psychiatric Research. She has also notably obtained a certificate of completion of specialist training in General Adult Psychiatry and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
