About Dr Joseph Tomson
Dr Joseph Tomson is a highly respected consultant cardiologist at Chase Lodge Hospital, London with extensive expertise in cardiac rhythm management and device implantation, including pacemakers, defibrillators, and cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT). He provides expert care for patients experiencing palpitations, dizziness, loss of consciousness (syncope), breathlessness, and other symptoms related to cardiac dysfunction. Dr Tomson obtained his medical degree (MBBS) in 1999 and became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP, London) in 2004. He completed higher specialist training in cardiology in the UK (CCT, Cardiology) in 2015. He also undertook advanced research in cardiovascular medicine at the Clinical Trials and Statistics Service Unit (CTSU) at the University of Oxford, where he completed his doctoral thesis (MD) in 2016.
