About Dr Jaime Jonsson
Dr Jaime Jonsson is a leading consultant clinical psychologist and founder of UK Inkind. The areas of expertise at UK Inkind include stress and burnout, anxiety disorders (including panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, and social anxiety), trauma, depression and mood disorders, relationship problems, pain/health and grief. Assessments include ADHD, ASD for both adults and children, workplace assessments and dyslexia and dyscalculia assessments. She is able to provide consultations in English and in Swedish. Dr Jonsson, who consults privately via e-Consultation, is registered with both The Health and Care Professions Council and the IHPU Swedish Psychology Institute. She holds a BSc in Psychology from Northumbria University, and also holds a Master of Philosophy and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, where she specialised in cognitive behavioural therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy. As a trusted specialist, Dr Jonsson draws upon a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as compassion focused therapy and systemic approaches, to address mental health concerns effectively.
