About Mr George Prezerakos

Mr George Prezerakos is a distinguished consultant spinal neurosurgeon in London. He specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of back, neck and sciatic pain, motion preservation, minimally invasive discectomy, cervical disc replacement, osteoporosis fractures, spinal tumours and spinal deformity. He privately practises at New Victoria Hospital. Mr Prezerakos trained in neurosurgery in London and New York Weil-Cornell, sub-specialising in spinal surgery by completing the prestigious Victor Horsley fellowship at Queen Square and Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. He is also deeply involved in education, holding the position of Honorary Associate Professor in the Institute for Neurology, University College London. Mr Prezerakos is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons England. He is a member of the British Association of Spinal Surgeons, The British Society of Neurosurgeons, The European Association of Neurosurgeons, International AO Spine and the North American Spinal Society.
