Mr Arjuna Imbuldeniya is an innovative Consultant Knee and Hip Surgeon based in Mayfair, specialising in joint preservation, biologically optimised rehabilitation, and advanced reconstructive surgery of the knee and hip. With over 25 years’ experience in medicine and more than a decade as an NHS Consultant, his practice focuses on protecting joint health and function long before surgery becomes necessary, while delivering precise, modern surgery when required. He is the founder of Ortholongevity™, a surgeon-led approach that integrates strength and conditioning, movement retraining, lifestyle medicine and regenerative therapies alongside orthopaedic expertise. Mr Imbuldeniya’s specialist interests include non surgical treatments such as high doese platelet rich plasma, Arthrosamid, hyaluronic acid gel, meniscus repair, cartilage restoration, ACL reconstruction and revision ACL surgery in high-risk patients, as well as robotic-assisted partial knee resurfacing (MAKO and CORI).
