Angina

Angina is characterised by a sensation of pain or tightness, typically in the chest area. It can indicate an underlying heart issue, so it’s crucial to consult a GP promptly if you suspect you may be experiencing it. The primary symptom of angina is sudden discomfort in the chest, neck, shoulders, jaw, or arms. These symptoms are often referred to as an angina attack, episode, or pain. They frequently occur due to physical activity, stress, emotional strain, or exposure to cold, although there may be instances where no clear trigger is identified.
