About Dr Mark Hudson-Peacock

Dr Mark Hudson-Peacock is the eXroid medical director and established this non-invasive haemorrhoids treatment in the UK in the first clinic in Kent. He is also a consultant dermatologist and dermatological surgeon based in Kent, who specialises in haemorrhoid surgery, anal fistula, anal fissures and piles (haemorrhoids). He privately practises at eXroid in Canterbury, Kent. He qualified in 1987 from the University of Wales and underwent specialist training in Wales and Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, and has been a consultant dermatologist and dermatological surgeon since 1996. Dr Hudson-Peacock has also been recognised for his contributions to dermatology, running The Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic, which was awarded Kent's top cosmetic clinic in both 2016 and 2018. In 2014, he began using eXroid electrotherapy to treat haemorrhoids and has since performed over 1000 successful treatments. He now serves as the medical director of eXroid, where he continues to provide electrotherapy treatments and oversees the training and accreditation of eXroid-qualified doctors. A passionate advocate for patient-centred care, he firmly believes in offering minimally invasive, evidence-based treatments like eXroid to all patients with internal haemorrhoid disease. Alongside his expertise in haemorrhoid care, Dr Hudson-Peacock is an active member of several professional organisations, including the British Association of Dermatologists, the British Laser Medical Association and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.
