About Dr Christopher Barringer
Mr Christopher Barringer is a pain medicine consultant in London who specialises in musculoskeletal, pelvic, abdominal and neuropathic pain, and treatments such as neuromodulation and spinal cord stimulation. He privately practises at OS Clinic, while his NHS bases are The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at University College London UCLH NHS Trust, where he is lead consultant. Mr Barringer earned his medical degree (BMBS) and a BMedSci from Nottingham University Medical School, followed by FRCA and FFPMRCA accreditations from the Royal College of Anaesthetists and its Faculty of Pain Medicine. He trained on the Barts and the London Anaesthetic rotation under the London Anaesthetic Academy and completed advanced pain training at UCLH. He is a members of key professional bodies, including the British Medical Association and the Neuromodulation Society of the UK and Ireland. He also serves as a council member for the Pain Section at the Royal Society of Medicine.
