Mr Akshay Malhotra is a highly skilled consultant orthopaedic hand and wrist surgeon, based in Newcastle-under-Lyme. Practising primarily at Nuffield Health North Staffordshire Hospital, his specialisation covers a broad range of hand and wrist conditions, including carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren’s contracture, and hand arthritis. He is also recognised for his expertise in managing peripheral nerve injuries, particularly brachial plexus injuries, and upper limb spasticity, which can result from conditions such as cerebral palsy and post-stroke recovery. Mr Malhotra’s comprehensive approach ensures that patients receive the highest level of care tailored to their specific needs.
