About Dr Sanjay Saraf

Dr Sanjay Saraf is a highly revered consultant in diabetes and endocrinology who specialises in thyroid conditions, adrenal glanddisorders, pituitary gland disorders, diabetes, osteoporosis, and hyperparathyroidism. He currently practises at the Spire Little AstonHospital. Dr Saraf, who obtained his first medical qualification in 1996, completing an MBBS at the Burdwan University in India, also possesses a notably high level of expertise in complex diabetes, lipid disorders, insulin pump therapy, thyroid nodules, hashimoto's thyroiditis, Cushing's syndrome, goitre, polycystic ovary syndrome, and hyperlipidaemia, amongst many other conditions and treatments in the field of diabetes and endocrinology. Dr Saraf is the current Clinical Service Lead at the Good Hope Hospital in Birmingham. He has, to date, published extensively within peer-reviewed journals and publications. His main research interest is calcium metabolism.
