About Dr Nikhil Joshi

Dr Nikhil Joshi is a distinguished consultant cardiologist based in Bristol, practising at One Heart Clinic Bristol. He specialises in the treatment of coronary heart disease, offering expert care in coronary angiography, coronary angioplasty, and coronary CT. He is also highly experienced in complex structural heart interventions, including TAVI (transcatheter aortic valve implantation) and aortic valve replacement, both conventional and minimally invasive. His practice is supported by modern diagnostic tools such as ambulatory ECG and blood pressure monitoring, allowing him to deliver a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to patient care. Dr Joshi completed his primary cardiology training and a highly successful PhD in Edinburgh, focusing on vulnerable coronary plaques. He went on to undertake the prestigious BCIS Interventional Fellowship in Vancouver Island, Canada, refining his expertise in complex coronary intervention and transcatheter valve therapies.
