About Dr Naseeb Akhtar
Dr Naseeb Akhtar is a distinguished consultant in clinical neurophysiology who is a leading expert in electrodiagnostic testing, specialising in nerve conduction studies (NCS), electromyography (EMG), electroencephalography (EEG), and intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM). In addition to his clinical role, Dr Akhtar serves as the director and CEO of HM Medics Ltd, a UK-based healthcare professional services company established in 2012. Dr Akhtar's educational journey began with his graduation in medicine overseas in 1994. He furthered his studies by earning a Master of Medical Sciences degree from the University of Sheffield in 2010. He became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) in 2012 and completed his clinical neurophysiology training in Glasgow by 2017.
