About Mr Luke Stroman
Mr Luke Stroman is a consultant urological surgeon and member of the Urology Partnership based in Reading and Windsor. He specialises in prostate and bladder cancer, raised prostate-specific antigen levels, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary tract symptoms, and Aquablation. Mr Stroman qualified from the University of Medicine in 2012 with an MB BCh and undertook specialist urological training in the Oxford and South London deaneries, including Guy’s and St George’s Hospitals, where he became interested in urological oncology and benign prostatic diseases. Throughout his training, he was the South London trainee representative for the British Association of Urological Surgeons. Upon the completion of his training in the UK, he did a fellowship in uro-oncology at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in Australia, honing his skills in robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Mr Stroman is an avid researcher, with over 20 peer-reviewed papers published, contributions to book chapters on prostatic disease, bladder and renal cancer, and having presented internationally for the American Association of Urology and European Association of Urology conferences.
