Mr Konstantinos Apostolou is a consultant plastic surgeon in Newcastle-under-Lyme, who specialises in breast surgery, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and facial aesthetics, alongside skin cancer, skin lesions, pinnaplasty, breast lift (maxopexy) and breast reduction. He privately practises at Nuffield Health North Staffordshire Hospital, while his NHS base is University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. He completed his medical training at the University of Athens and undertook specialist plastic surgery training both in the UK and abroad. He gained further expertise through advanced fellowships in head and neck surgery, microsurgery, and skin cancer at the St Andrew’s Centre in Chelmsford, as well as in reconstructive breast and post-bariatric surgery at St Vincent’s University Hospital in Dublin. In his NHS practice, Mr Apostolou was instrumental in establishing the first adult facial palsy management service in the North Midlands. In private practice, his main focus is on cosmetic surgery, particularly breast and body contouring procedures. He also has a growing interest in facial aesthetic surgery and offers scar revision and tattoo excision. Mr Apostolou, who is a fellow of the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, also contributes to teaching and education for trainees and patients.
