About Mr Adam Hustler

Mr Adam Hustler is a consultant ophthalmologist practising at the Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital. He has a subspecialist interest in all aspects of glaucoma care and cataract surgery. He graduated in 2000 from St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London School of Medicine (University of London). After completing his specialist ophthalmology training across London and Wessex, he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists in 2013. He then undertook a glaucoma fellowship at Moorfields Eye Hospital before joining Kingston Hospital in Surrey as a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon in 2014, where he served as clinical lead for glaucoma services. In 2020, he relocated to Musgrove Park Hospital. Mr Hustler is a highly experienced cataract surgeon, having successfully performed thousands of procedures. He is skilled in managing both routine and complex cataract cases, and regularly carries out YAG laser capsulotomy. As a glaucoma specialist, Mr Hustler offers a full spectrum of modern glaucoma treatments, including laser treatment, selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) and laser iridotomy as well as surgical interventions such as Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) eg iStent, Preserflow implant with antimetabolites, drainage implants.
