Dr Abirami Pararajasingam is a consultant dermatologist in W1G Marylebone, London, who specialises in eczema, psoriasis, and paediatric dermatology, alongside acne, rosacea, skin cancer, aesthetic dermatology and dermatological surgical techniques. She privately practises at The London Dermatology Centre while her NHS base is Sussex Community Dermatology Service, where she's a consultant dermatologist and advanced therapeutics lead. Dr Pararajasingam, who is experienced in managing complex skin conditions and provides tailored, patient-centred care using both medical and procedural treatments, completed a BSc in Neuroscience at University College London before going on to study medicine at the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2015. She subsequently undertook specialist dermatology training in South Wales, including at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, where she developed advanced skills in dermatological surgery and the management of challenging inflammatory and malignant skin conditions. In her current roles, Dr Pararajasingam combines clinical practice with leadership responsibilities in advanced therapeutics, supporting the delivery of innovative treatments for patients with complex dermatological disease. She has a particular interest in skin cancer, inflammatory skin disorders and paediatric dermatology, alongside offering aesthetic treatments with a focus on safe, natural-looking results. Dr Pararajasingam is a member of the British Association of Dermatology (BAD) and remains actively involved in academic work. She has presented her research at both national and international conferences and has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications. She is fluent in English, French and Tamil, enabling her to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.
