Kyphosis
Kyphosis refers to a curvature of the spine that results in a hunched or rounded appearance at the upper back. Treatment is generally not necessary unless the condition is severe or leads to complications. The primary indicator of kyphosis is the pronounced curvature of the upper back, which may also cause the shoulders to appear rounded. If the curvature is mild, you might not experience any additional symptoms. However, if the curve becomes more pronounced or worsens, it can lead to back pain and stiffness. In cases of severe spinal curvature, more significant issues may arise, including intense back pain and breathing difficulties.
