Knocked-out tooth
If you have a knocked-out tooth, it's important to act quickly. You can often save the tooth by reinserting it into its socket or placing it in milk until you can see a dentist. However, never attempt to put a baby tooth back in, as this may harm the developing tooth beneath it. If you're unable to reinsert the tooth, you can store it in either milk or your own saliva.
